Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Veean app and website, and any purchase you make through them. By using Veean you accept these terms.

Veean is operated by Veean UK Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number [TODO: company number], whose registered office is [TODO: registered address].

Veean is an online marketplace. Products are offered by third-party sellers, and we facilitate the sale, take payment, and arrange delivery to you. For UK VAT purposes we are treated as the supplier of goods sold through the marketplace.

You must be at least 18 years old to buy through Veean. Keep your login details confidential, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order. Prices shown include UK VAT and any import duties, and delivery charges are shown before you pay.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Estimated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Goods are shipped from outside the UK, and we bear the risk of loss or damage until the goods are delivered to you.

Your right to cancel and your rights over faulty goods are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Veean accounts may share referral links and earn commission on qualifying sales. Commission is confirmed after the return window has passed, and is reversed if the underlying order is cancelled or refunded.

We may withhold commission and suspend participation where we reasonably believe the programme is being abused, including self-referral and coordinated referral schemes.

You may not use Veean unlawfully, attempt to interfere with the platform or its security, scrape it at scale, or post content that is unlawful or infringes someone else’s rights.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one in force when you place the order.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
